It was my third stay at this hotel. You can’t go wrong with them. The first two times I’ve struggled a bit to find it, but this time it was easy. I love the location: it’s so close to the train station and the shopping centre. The staff are very nice and friendly although they were fully booked last night and busy. The breakfast is very good too with the choice of English breakfast, very nice ham, pancakes, jam, nutella, nice coffees. I booked it in advance so the price was reasonable.

Very close to city centre - you can actually go pretty much directly from the Luton point mall on the first floor. Friendly staff. And it’s great that the breakfast buffet is included in the price. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure (and I was on the top floor) - nothing that I can fault. I’ll be returning.

Clean room, with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, bed was comfy and shower was hot with good water supply. Staff were pleasant and a parking space out front of main door, only £10 for 24 hours. Large TV on wall and plenty of choice for vegetarians for breakfast.

The location cannot be more central! 10min from the airport, right in the middle of town. 5min walk to the train station. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. This is going to be my hotel when i need to stay in Luton overnight. I didn't expect much, considering the price but what a nice surprise!

Location, 30min with Themasink to St Pancras in London. Station 5 minutes walking from hotel. Comfortable beds. Close to food Nando's and Weterspoon with tasty and cheap food.

Perfect location for a tourist ... the Luton Interchange (Railway station and long distance bus station, including the Airport) is basically outside the hotel. One of the Luton Mall entrance is also just outside the Hotel ... one can't expect more from an accommodation. The room was cleaned every day, had everything that we need and the stuff very helpful and well-mannered. The 2 coffee machines located in the hall way were an excellent idea, you can have as much coffee you like any time of day and night .... a big plus for that ! The breakfast was ok .... plenty of food (continental type), including the traditional English breakfast (sausages, back bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans).

Beds were comfortable, the free WiFi was speedy, and the staff friendly and helpful. Had to use your key card to access the building out of hours so felt safe at all hours. Just a couple of miles from Luton airport if you're flying out and the train station is just down the road.

It's great value for money and perfectly located for commuting to the airport by bus. Breakfast is traditional English, which I like, so I'm good with that.

We were visiting from Ireland, first time in Luton. The hotel was very nice with great location. The staff were very helpful and polite. Particularly Giovanni, who was extremely helpful to us and made our stay a lot better. He was very kind, professional and helpful. Me and my family were very appreciative of Giovanni, of how friendly and helpful he was to us and for accommodating and ensuring we had a nice/comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is excellent. Easy access to the Mall, and only a five minute walk to the train station. It was very easy to get to central London. A 45 minute train ride brought us to central London.

Me and my children love staying here! The location is perfect and there are so many things I can do within walking distance to stop them from being bored, e.g. playgyms, trampoline centre, cinema. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The free wifi works great too, never once dropped or had issues with connection. Breakfast selection is great too, maybe a little more variety on the kids cereals, but otherwise brilliant and tastes lovely. The rooms are great, good sizes, very clean and very comfy beds! My children loved staying over the New Year and I welcomed the break. Would highly recommend Thistle Express every time.
