Very close to city centre - you can actually go pretty much directly from the Luton point mall on the first floor. Friendly staff. And it’s great that the breakfast buffet is included in the price. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure (and I was on the top floor) - nothing that I can fault. I’ll be returning.

The location cannot be more central! 10min from the airport, right in the middle of town. 5min walk to the train station. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. This is going to be my hotel when i need to stay in Luton overnight. I didn't expect much, considering the price but what a nice surprise!

Run as a professional hotel. Very clean. This hotel follows a realistic approach for supplying what is raeally messed by people using hotels, ie microwave provided in the ‘coffeee bar’ area (to heat up your own purchased food) with seating for eating provided. There’s free WiFi and electricity points for charging devices). Along with free coffee 24/7 in that coffee bar area. You can also purchase pizza and drinks and snacks 24/7 if you want to. Hotel is in town centra anyway, so shoppinb mall adjacent and town square streets contain many retail outlets and grocery shops and hot food takeaways and restaurants within 1 or 2 minute walk. Every morning is free breakfast - full cooked breakfast, plus pasteries, plus fruit and yogurt and juices. The hotel itself is very clean. The style is traditional but has an optimistic feel and professional helpful staff. Reception is manned 24/7. Rooms are warm (unlike other hotels). And everything is in working order. Beds are large, with clean crisp cotton linens. Good TV on the wall. Safe in room. Full length mirror. Windows that open for fresh air. Iron and ironing boards in room. Large desk with good lighting and comfortable swivel chair on casters.

Her patience was remarkable; she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, never making me feel rushed or unimportant. She was also incredibly diligent, following up promptly and ensuring that every detail was handled with care. Her professionalism and dedication truly made a significant difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and pleasant one. I highly recommend that anyone who stays here has the pleasure of her exceptional skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Coffee and tea available free of charge is a nice thing. The hotel is clean. Breakfast ok. It is a decent hotel for a short stay.
